Izumi Nature Park, located in Chiba City’s Wakaba Ward, is a renowned park which has been listed in the 100 Best Sakura Viewing Points in Japan. Most of the Japanese cedars in the park have been afflicted with white-rot or pose a high risk of falling over. We will restore the park as an attractive forest for wild birds where local residents can come in contact with a variety of animals and plants.
